"One of the best places that I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin was super roomy and fit two families very well. The kids had a blast in the pool. I was surprised at how deep it was and the kids could jump in no problem. The movie theater was a hit on a rainy evening. The view was the absolute best thing about this place. It was stunning. "The cabin was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view and wonderful amenities. It was a great size for our group of 10. The kitchen was stocked and roomy, large dining room table to accommodate us all. We enjoyed the upper deck for the views and the fire pit. The fireplace inside was easy to start and cozy, and we all enjoyed ourselves in the hot tub and indoor pool! We did not get to enjoy the wonderful movie room but it had a great set up. The video games and pinball machine were also enjoyed by all. All in all it was a wonderful house with comfy beds and private bathrooms for each room. "We enjoyed our stay! There were a couple hiccups, but Justin responded very quickly to fix any issues. The pool was awesome! We all enjoyed it! It was large enough for adults, as that was something I wondered when booking a place. The theatre was nice, only Direct TV (I believe) and Ruku to watch. You can log in with your own accounts though. The hot tub was enjoyable! The beds were super comfy! We had most of what we needed in the kitchen. The fire table was nice. The views were amazing. "Great cabin! We had 3 families - 6 adults and 5 kids total and we all loved it. The cabin was spacious and we never felt cramped even with 11 people. Beautiful views on top of the mountain, nice bedrooms, large balconies and large kitchen and dining area. The theater room, indoor pool and hot tub were also great! The cabin is in a nice, secluded area, but still only about 15 minutes from town. Justin was a great host and always answered our questions usually within minutes! You really do get to see all the views from the balcony probably the best spot on that mountain honestly for privacy with having all the cabins still around hot tub, fully private balcony, pretty much private great location. "Booked Justin‘s place based on the size and number of bedrooms and bathrooms however, one of the bathrooms lacked a shower curtain. The cabin was furnished very nice and it was very clean and felt like home. However, on the day of check-in and days prior, we were tracking a weather storm coming in the area which was going to make getting to the cabin, very dangerous and difficult. I reached out to Justin multiple times and was greeted with a very generic and not useful response about early check-in’s along with a potential check-in fee. However, on the day that we were supposed to arrive, myself and the five other guests decided just to go early and hope for the best. We were able to get in much earlier than the early check in time and did not have to pay the early check-in fee. The day of check in, I did receive an updated response about the winter storm coming in as if I hadn’t tried to discuss that prior to the day of check-in. All in all we had a great time."

"We had a wonderful family vacation in this house. The kids loved the pool and games! The view was amazing and we made smores over the fire. It was so nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were comfortable and there were enough towels for everyone. There was plenty of seating in all areas of the house for our family of nine. Having a highchair and pac-n-play for the baby was great! One thing to note, the bunk room is in the basement near the pool, so it is not a great place for small children to sleep without an adult present. Also, bring extra trash bags(2 provided) and dishwasher tabs(2 provided) to avoid having to buy them when you arive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Pigeon Forge. "Perfect gateway for couples or families! Just like the pictures! The view is priceless! The pool and hot tub are clean and warm. Kitchen is fully equipped. Responsive host. The town is 17 min away but you can find grocery stores within 5 miles. Just ask for the gate code before you arrive because it is a gated community and no service in some areas. Expect some construction noise because the neighborhood has few cabins under construction. We are looking forward to go back!"
