★Outdoors★ A brand new, 9-hole putt-putt golf course is the perfect outdoor game for the whole family. Conveniently located in the yard, featuring a “Plinko” hole and golf clubs of all sizes, everyone can compete to see who will get the first Hole in One! There won’t be lines to wait for a turn because the mini golf is private access only to Groundhog Heaven guests and the guests next door at Uncle Buck’s Cabin. But that's not all – we've also added a cornhole set for even more gaming excitement. The yard is so large, there’s still plenty of space to play other fun family games. The covered decks are the perfect hang out spot featuring a relaxing hot tub, charcoal grill and an outdoor gas fireplace. Getting to Groundhog Heaven Cabin is a breeze, it’s a 2 min drive from “The Island'' on a nice cul-de-sac street yet still far away from the hustle and bustle. And there is plenty of parking for 3 cars on our paved driveway.
★2 Game Rooms & Theater Room★ Every cabin needs a fun Game Room, or how about two!?! The moment you step into Groundhog Heaven, you’ll be in our cabin’s first hang out area, featuring a large table for card games, Jenga or watch a movie from our oversized chairs on the large flat screen TV. On the 3rd floor, we have our second game room with a full-size pool table, Multicade with 60 of your favorite classic arcade games, and another flat screen TV. There’s plenty of space for everyone to hang out and make memories!
★Bedrooms★ Groundhog Heaven has the perfect mountain modern, master ensuite with a plush king-size bed, flat screen TV, full bath, and a beautiful double-sided, stacked-stone gas fireplace which you can enjoy from the bed or in your private jacuzzi tub. Other guests can enjoy some privacy too, our cabin has 2 additional King bedrooms with their own private full bathrooms. And for the littles or solo guests, we have a beautiful, vaulted ceiling bunk room with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin bed. If you need more space, guests can also take advantage of our new, comfortable pullout sofa.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Despite having issues with the internet, problems with the water pressure and one of the toilets not flushing, Justin was quick to respond and send someone out to help fix the issues. Unfortunately it was determined that there was no internet box whatsoever and it couldn’t be fixed until the next week. Therefore, the kids couldn’t watch TV and we couldn’t use our phones but that was also a good thing because we were able to make the most of it and still have fun playing pool, the arcade games, and our own games we brought. I don’t want this to reflect a bad review as the place was beautiful, clean, and matched the pictures but even better in person. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this log cabin in Pigeon Forge! The cabin was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. With four bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The movie room was a standout feature and got used every night. The pool table and arcade games were a huge bonus and kept everyone entertained without even needing to leave the cabin. It really felt like a full vacation experience all in one place. The cabin had a cozy log-cabin feel while still being very comfortable and well maintained. "My family & I stayed at Justin cabin and absolutely loved it. The cabin was beautiful clean & spacious and so many fun things to do in the cabin. My kids loved the pool table & miniature golf right outside the movie theater was also a hit! It was the perfect location to get to everything Dollywood, restaurants, stores all the fun activities to do in pigeon forge. I’m a clean freak and this cabin was spotless! You will love this cabin it has everything u need to cook in the beautiful kitchen also.. Justin was a wonderful host and answered any questions or concerns I had. "We had a nice stay at Justin's. The house was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and 1 dog that we had and we could all gather to watch movies and the Olympics in the 1st level theatre room that was nice and cool while outside it was 95°. WiFi was perfectly adequate for streaming and for a couple of us to get work done virtually when needed. The house is close to everything on the strip and Gatlinburg was only a short 15 minute drive away. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Only negative ( and it’s minor) was that as hot as it was outside, the third floor was pretty warm as it’s open to the second floor and the air conditioning was losing the battle to cool it down. Overall we had no complaints, enjoyed the house, played a little mini golf, cooked in quite a bit (grocery store is 5 mins away) and would stay here again if we get back that way again."

The cabin is close to a grocery store and like 3 minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge .Justin answered all my questions before I went and was easy to get in touch with during my stay can't stay enough great things about him!!! "This place is exactly like the pictures. I love the location. It is a cabin but not far from all the action. The cabin was very clean. The little golf course was a fun addition. The game room is nice. My family really enjoyed that part of the cabin. The theater room also very nice. The seats are so comfy! The couches in the living room are also very comfy! "First time in Tennessee - This cabin was perfect. We traveled with 5 adults and 5 children (ages 5 months-12 years old). When we arrived, the cabin was immaculate. There was plently of space (3 floors), and the children had their own floor (top floor). We loved the mini golf course outside and had no issues with availability despite sharing with the neighboring cabin. The cabin had everything we needed including a pack and play and high chair. There were plenty of dishes and pots to use in the kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable (including the sofa bed) and the movie theater chairs were awesome. The host was great and easy to communicate with. The cabin was close to everything. It was our first time traveling to Tennessee, and I wasnt aware how busy it gets during spring break. There were people everywhere. We could not find parking when visiting the mountains, but we made the best of it. Just be aware when traveling in March, its busy. There is plenty to do within 5 minutes of the cabin. We were never bored. This was a great trip. We couldnt have asked for better housing for our spring break vacation, and we will return."

"Wonderful trip, really just a time to unwind and get family together to cook and play board games. Plenty of room to spread out, and great location. Not up on a mountain or anything treacherous at all.... actually in a group of cabins in the back of a neighborhood and 3 minutes from the Parkway. Anyone can nit-pick a few things here and there, but the size and location and games and theater room and hot tub (that surprisingly maintains its temperature) made for a super time. And the putt-putt outside.... it was unbelievably well made and impressive. For any guest considering this... it's worth it, but bring a few spare towels and if you have actual corn hole bags, bring yours. The ones provided were worthless solidified rocks left out in the rain and we wanted to play that."

"We had such a great visit! Justin’s place was just as described. It was so nice having such a variety of things to do at the cabin or just minutes down the road. The cabin was clean and so much fun. I would highly recommend bringing your own towels as, just as described, there is one for each guest only and they are small and thin. Justin does a great job of describing exactly what you can expect in terms of supplies so pay attention to the description if you plan to do laundry or need lots of toiletries. Had a great time nonetheless! Great hospitality!"

"My daughter rents a cabin for the whole family every year for our Christmas present. This cabin was by far the best one we have stayed at. It was super clean! I can't say that enough! So clean! We had plenty of room for everyone. And the grandkids had lots of stuff to keep them busy. This cabin is close to all the attractions and restaurants. My husband loved that he didn't have to get on the main parkway to go to the store. We loved every bit of this trip and it started with this great cabin!"

"This place is fabulous! We’ve probably been to Gatlinburg a hundred times and we haven’t stayed in Pigeon Forge in quite some time. We were very happy with our choice not only of the location in general, but specifically this cabin. It was comfy and homey but also so elevated. The putt putt, arcade and games, movie theatre room, hot tub, etc. you could pretty much make an entire vacation just staying in this cabin. The only suggestions I would make is a few more towels and a garbage can on the lower level/movie theatre room- those are extremely minor. I feel confident if you had a true issue in this cabin, Justin’s team would fix it and fix it quickly. They are proactive and everyone we interacted with from the management company were great to work with which is so rare. A true ten out of ten!"

"This place is very spacious for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and that’s including larger furniture to fit everyone. Everything you needed to feel at home was available plus the theater room, put put golf, pool table/game room and hot tub made it feel special. We had 3 young kids (5-8) upstairs playing in the game room and it can get loud on the main level since it’s open to the floor below… not to mention a log cabin. Overall it was very beautiful place and a super convenient location to the main parkway. The host was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend."

"The home was perfect for our family's weekend getaway. It was our mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary surprise celebration. The home was clean, stocked with essentials and in a very nice neighborhood. The description of the home was on par, it was exactly what was expected from the description and then some!! Plenty of space for all of our family, great in home entertainment; pool table, arcade game, jenga, poker table and chips. We didn't get to try the entertainment room, but it was nicely arranged for excellent movie viewing! Loved the theater seating!! Justin was amazing, he communicated with me before the arrival, during the stay and after we left. So attentive and willing to help with any questions I had. I would stay again, if the opportunity presents itself. My entire family had a wonderful stay. Close enough to the "hub" of Pigeon Forge, but far enough away so you aren't hearing traffic all day and night! Enjoyed the evenings and mornings on the back deck. Thank you Justin!"

"We loved this location and the space was perfect for our group. The house was very clean, and had plenty of things available that we needed for our stay! It’s very close to the strip in pigeon forge and accessible to everything with a short drive which was awesome. We usually choose a really great view over accessibility, but we decided we wanted to get to town faster for this trip, and to forgo the view. The hot tub was really clean and fits four people so we had to take turns. The theater chairs were difficult to operate and the owner communicated swiftly that they were going to repair or replace them based on my feedback. The other drawback was the extremely slow internet available for movie viewing. We suggest finding better internet or having a dvd player attached or an HDMI cord connected to where guests can bring their own devices to watch movies seamlessly as the internet did not allow us to enjoy after 2 hours of trying we gave up. We’d love to stay again if remedied!"

"Beautiful place! The location is close to the main strip but set back a quiet street. The beds and couches are all really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The security cameras are noted in the listing, so we expected the doorbell camera and driveway floodlight, but we didn't love that there was also one on the back porch where we were hanging out. I understand the owner's need for security but as guests we would have liked more privacy. Overall it was a great place and we would recommend it to others."

"Justin was a very responsive host. He had us we'll prepared before our arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions or inquiry. The cabin itself was exactly as it appeared I. the pictures and was clean, and we'll equipped. location was close to everything, and easy to find. The kids loved the movie room, pool table, and arcade game, but there was enough room for them to have their own space when needed. The only downside was that the dryer didn't heat which we didn't find out until after we did some wash. So there was a bit of pain there hang drying towels and clothes. Even with that Justin did what he could to get the dryer looked at and serviced, and was upfront that the parts wouldn't make it before we left. We would absolutely stay here or in another one of Justin's properties again!"

"The Cabin was absolutely amazing. It was clean and provided everything someone would need for an extended stay. This place is perfect for a large family or a romantic get away for 2. Justin was a great host who provided great communication answering any questions I had. He was easy to work with and very friendly. The cabin was only a 15 minute walk away from the main strip of Pigeon Forge. Despite being so close to many of the attractions the location was very quiet and pretty secluded. The neighboring cabins aren't 5 feet away and everyone seems to be considerate with noise. I'll definitely book another vacation here down the road."

The kids had just as much fun inside with the pool table, card table, arcade and movie room as they did when we went out into town! The location is perfect!
