ENTERTAINMENT Good Times is the perfect place to both relax and play! Enjoy family movie night (or the big game) in the living room while the fireplace roars in the distance. Step upstairs, and enjoy some friendly competition with a round or two of pool in the spacious game room. Outside, kick back in a rocking chair and take in the wooded views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Super nice place. You can smell the cedar as soon as you walk in. Spotless, quiet, air conditioning worked great, hot tub was clean. We liked how private the location was. It was very close to town, but its not in a place where you could realistically walk to town or to the trolley stop, only because the cabin is up a windy hill. You could if you were feeling ambitious, I suppose! It is worth noting the hot tub/deck access is through the bedroom with the king sized bed. Really no complaints about this place. It was beautiful hearing the bugs and birds while relaxing in the hot tub. The pool table was really nice too. There is a house next door but the deck is on the opposite side of the house, so its still private. There's only 3 cabins on the street so it felt very secluded. We think a bear may have tried to get into our car overnight, so lock your doors! I would recommend this cabin."

"This cabin was the perfect place for our 3 day family getaway. It was about 6 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and 10-15 from Pigeon forge. It was in a very convenient location; close to gas stations and a grocery store for longer stays. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the early check in fee which was $50. Check in was offered as early as 1pm for a fee, so we checked in at normal time. However, we found plenty to do before 4pm, so that was not an issue for us. Overall, the cabin was a great find and would definitely stay again!! Justin was informative on check in and out instructions."

"We really enjoyed our stay. If you are planning a week long stay like we did, bring extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, etc., but bring your spices. The bath towels provided are small, so if you like to wrap up, I would bring some. We had 3 guests and only 4 towels so wasn’t enough to have one for the hot tub and one for the shower. That being said… the cabin was clean, nice, and in a great location. "this was our family's first time in a cabin and it did not disappoint! it was super cozy and had everything we needed for our five night stay. kitchen was fully equipped that we were able to make our entire Thanksgiving dinner with no problems. I love that the bathrooms had enough towels and toilet paper to last our stay. we truly enjoyed it. Just FYI the fire place doesn't take real wood , it's electric but either way it was beautiful when on. we even had a Christmas tree !!!! such a perfect touch for the holidays. Justin is one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. He's full of great information and responds almost instantly....seriously, no matter the time! thanks Justin, see you soon."

"My husband and I were finally able to take our honeymoon after 2 years. Justin’s cabin was exactly like what the photos looked like. Check in was super easy where he provided us with a code. Inside the home, it was squeaky clean and very homey/comfortable. All kitchen supplies were provide and we loved the Keurig. Our favorite part was the hot tub. It was wonderful to soak in after a long day walking in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or hiking. Location was great too! Only a 10 minute drive from either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We have no complaints and Justin was very responsive if we had a question. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Justin has a spectaular place. It is beautiful inside and feel brand new. Kitchen has all the cookware needed. If you stay here, bring everything you need to prepare food- coffee filters, salt/pepper, sugar, cooking spray, extra garbage bags, fire starter, etc. If you like bath towels that wrap around you and you are like me—-I’m 5’4 160lbs — you’ll need to bring larger towels. And the downstair shower might be alittle tight (you’ll need a ‘soap on a rope’ from the 70’s.. remember those?!). Justin had the place ready for all ages! Highchair for babies and pool table for entertainment.. pretty cool. This place is not for walking around or kids playing outside. It’s sits on a hill with small roads. It’s great for getting to the Smokies and Gaitlinburg/ Pigeon Forge activities, and hanging out on the porch/ hot tub. (FYI- If you are new to the place, it costs $20 to park in that Gaitlinburg street area. Others might be able to give better ideas.)"

"Justin's place is great it has everything that you could ask for from the grill outfront the outside hot tub and the inside tub the pool table literally you don't Have to go anywhere and we loved it It is also right around the corner from the main strip in Gatlinburg. This place does not disappoint in any way and I can't wait to come back"
