Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"This was our first time in Tennessee, and it will not be our last! The cabin was perfection from the time we arrived. Everything was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was close to everything, easy to find, and felt safe. The hot tub was in the perfect location and amazing for the Tennessee February mornings and nights! "We had a very difficult time finding the location (due to our gps, not the owners directions). But it was nighttime and very dark, and an illuminated house number would have been very helpful. We kept going past the actual house. Other than our initial trouble finding the property(again, not the owners fault), the stay was wonderful. The cabin was extremely clean, smelled wonderful, great proximity to the parkway, super clean hot tub, just perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay."

The biggest plus for my family was that even though it’s less than a minute from the parkway, you would never even know. I absolutely loved the location, at night there wasn’t all the noise or lights from all the attractions. My uncle played the arcade machine every single day, and that hot tub put me right to sleep at the end of a long day! We will be coming back for the holidays."

"We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s cabin. We visited for the rod run and the location was perfect. We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness. You could see the vacuum marks in the couch from being cleaned. The cabin was better than photographed and well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the games, hot tub, grill and the serenity of the location. We will definitely rebook next time we are in the area. Justin was an excellent communicator before, during and after. We didn’t have an issues but I’m sure if we had he would have been right on top it. If you visit Pigeon Forge this is the place to stay!"
