Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"We enjoyed the property as a group of 12. We had enough of everything for our large group. There was enough room that no one felt congested. The yard was large enough for the kids to play. The location felt very safe. The evening was so peaceful to sit out and relax. The description matches the property. We enjoyed it and would return and or recommend."
