The Cabin: Eagle's Hangout is a 2-bedroom cabin (plus a game room sleeping space) in the Eagle's Landing community just outside Pigeon Forge in Sevierville. The open-concept main level pairs a gas fireplace anchored living room with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a futon that doubles as overflow sleeping. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining area that comfortably seats 6 to 7. Upstairs, the dedicated game room is the cabin's hangout heart: a pool table, board games, two beds, and two TVs, ideal for keeping kids or teens occupied while the adults relax below. "We really loved the decor. It was very clean and tidy. There were lots of activities to do at the cabin. The jacuzzi was easy to use and the pool table was a huge hit with my family members. It felt very cozy and we felt it was a home away from home. The cabin provided all basic necessities you would ever need and the WiFi was strong and easily accessible. There were tons of blankets and pillows to use. We came to a wonderful surprise to see towel swans waiting for us on the beds as we walk in. We loved reading the guest book that was in the front. It was a very unique touch to the cabin experience. We loved reading past guests experiences and their recommendations to places they visited. The cabin is relatively close to all the tourists attractions. We all highly recommend this cabin as your next stay at the smoky mountains."

Be aware the parking situation is bad and not ideal for large vehicles or more than one (not uncommon for TN cabins). We also loved relaxing in the hot tub, just wish the smaller trees and vines against the porch were cut back to see the beautiful mountains views. "The stay was well worth the money. We had a great experience for 3 nights/4 days . comfortable, cozy, the kitchen had it all. We brought paper plates and extra paper towels. I would possibly bring plastic utensils if you have lots of people and eat like we do, lol. I feel like the kitchen was a *use a little, leave a little* swap, whichwas wonderful.. It was fully stocked with coffee, sugar; spices and sprays. There was a pot and pod coffee maker, if you like coffee like we do. Definitely one of my faves. We had an elderly person with us who prefers sleeping in arm chairs over beds, and she found the chair in the living room perfect for that. The kids fought over who would get to sleep in the beds in the loft, which had little tvs in them for whoever slept there. The king size bed upstairs was comfortable and so was the queen bed downstairs. The hot tub was a great perk. We used it over and over with the kids. "We had a great stay! It was perfect for our group of 7-including 3 kids. The teens loved the upstairs room with their own tvs over each bed. We loved the location, there was very little traffic when we arrived and leaving was very quick as well! We would definitely stay in sevierville again for this reason! The cabin had everything needed for cooking a meal-we ate in most nights and used the grill twice. The hot tub was also used nightly! The only thing we wished for were a few more towels in between the hot tub and showers. This was communicated to the host and they were very responsive in explaining how many towels we should expect. Overall wonderful stay-would recommend!"

"This is an amazing peaceful place close enough to all the craziness of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Beautiful cabin, well appointed, amazingly clean and close to everything while being away from everything. We had to be at the Sevierville Convention Center and it was 10 minutes away (on the side with no traffic) but felt like it was worlds away! Quick trip to the madness of Pigeon Forge and quick trip back to the peace and quiet of this amazing retreat. Justin was very quick with communication, always friendly and helpful, provided plenty of guides and information before hand and during our stay. Could not recommend this place enough!"

"Justin was a wonderful host! Very responsive and provided us with tons of recommendations regarding local attractions and places to eat. The staff who clean the home could do a better job. The drawers in the kitchen had crumbs and old pieces of food in it. Also, the downstairs toilet is a hard to flush (as other reviews also share). Only other recommendation to the owner is less clutter. There was lots of home decor and decorations that made the home feel very cluttered. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the host was great! We do plan to return!"

"Comfy cabin in great location - We’ve stayed in Eagle Springs before so we are familiar with the resort area. The cabin is exactly as advertised. Deck and hot tub feel private even though there were neighbors close. There’s some construction going on right now so it was a bit noisy. The parking spot was tricky in a big SUV. Also, this cabin doesn’t provide beach towels so make sure you bring some if you plan on using the pool."

"Outstanding balance between being close to Pigeon Forge and out in the country. Our family had a blast, and Justin's cabin was the perfect base camp for a few days in the area. With Justin's tips, we mapped out a fantastic day that could be helpful to someone else: -- Parked at Sugarlands Visitor Center near Gatlinburg -- Took 2 miles trail into Gatlinburg -- Walked down the main street to Pancake Pantry for lunch -- Walked back to Ober Mountain Tram -- Took the tram to the chairlift -- Chairlift to the top of Mount Harrison. Reverse order back to Sugarlands Visitor Center before dark - but no stop for more pancakes 🙂 Ended up walking about 8 miles but with lots of small breaks. Trails, town, pancakes, views ... a great day! Thanks again, Justin for providing such a nice cabin and quickly responding to my many questions."

"This cabin was all my family and I wanted! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Also, it provided a lot of things for the kids to enjoy like board games, and the pool table as well. Moreover, the space was absolutely clean and the space was perfect. "I was pleasantly surprised on how accurate the pictures were and the cleanliness was outstanding. The overall location was perfect not too close to the town and activities, restaurants and grocery stores were at our convenience. "Wonderful Experience - This cabin was stunning! Photos don’t do it justice. We were very comfortable. The place is spacious and and beautifully decorated. I really loved the big bed-like seating outside on the second floor balcony. The lights around it were nice. I sat outside there on that top floor balcony just enjoying the peacefulness. "Perfect stay for a friends weekend! - Plenty of room for 6 adults. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The entire cabin was spotless and full of cozy fall decor. We loved the pool table and basically stayed on the upper patio day bed. The owner was very quick to get back to me about anything and made it an easy check in. We are from the area so didn’t do any sight seeing but if you aren’t from here, it’s secluded enough to make it peaceful but you’re only 12ish minutes from the main highway which has anything you would need. Overall a great trip and we plan on staying at more of their properties!"

"My husband and I booked this trip 3 weeks prior to our 1 year wedding anniversary and to celebrate our last trip together before we welcome our daughter. Justin and Kari updated us and sent us recommendations prior to our stay. Communication was fast and timely. The cabin is tucked away and even though there is other cabins close by, you have so much privacy. I do wish there was better views of the mountains. You are close to pigeon forge and the smoky mountain water park. (15min) —the main door automatically locks after you shut it. So either remember the passcode or keep your phone with you. The cabin is very clean and the hideaway bed in the living room paired with the weighted blanket is a pregnant woman’s dream seriously. The master bedroom is upstairs with the pool table but we stayed in the second room downstairs. Both beds are firm but slept great. The hot tub was my husbands favorite part of the trip. He got in every single night. All around great trip and will more than likely book again."

"Enjoyable, relaxing stay!! - My family and I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The hosts were awesome and very attentive to everything! The cabin was wonderful and perfect for a family. Me and my husband, my mother and father, and my two teenage daughters had plenty of room. The playroom area is perfect for teens! They each had their own bed, own television, and own plugins for devices! We rented this cabin for the convenience to the Conference Center and it did not disappoint! No traffic and easy to get to the conference center---the perfect rental place! If you have a question for the hosts, they are amazingly timely on giving a response. I would definitely stay here again!"

"My family and I were incredibly impressed with Justin’s place. We had everything we needed, and the place was so spacious. My two young daughters adored the loft area with their own beds and TVs. Every detail is carefully thought out. The whole place was decorated for Christmas down to the bedspreads! It was something out of a Christmas movie. "Loved the cabin! Very clean and Justin was very responsive with my questions. The road was nice and easy to get up there so you don’t need 4 wheel Drive and we drove a low car. It had a washer and dryer.. so we could wash the towels .. we had 5 people total and didn’t have enough for our 4 night stay. We did have to buy more toilet paper. Very roomy! The master bedroom was upstairs and the bed was so comfortable! Only negative I would give is the hot tub was small and the water pressure wasn’t good in the sink and bath. Would definitely book with him again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! Justin was a fantastic host and as soon as we booked, he sent a guide to us that he and his wife created that includes places to eat and things to do. We tried a few places and they were amazing! It was pretty humid so we didn’t use the hot tub, but it’s a nice touch. He suggested using google maps to navigate to the cabin and that worked for us with no issues. Road up to the cabin is steep but paved so it wasn’t bad at all to get to. Sign-in couldn’t have been easier and the door lock was really easy to use with the code. The cabin was super clean and well kept. Everything was really comfortable and the decorations made it feel very welcoming and cozy. WiFi was super fast and reliable and having Netflix on all of the TVs was really nice! Just remember to sign out of your account before you leave if you use your own! The area was very quiet which made for a super relaxing time and it’s pretty much a straight shot down to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Deck and porch are private and the trees behind the cabin make for a relaxing view! Cabin is very close to a Kroger and Publix as well as multiple restaurants if you want to stay close. I could not recommend their cabin enough and will definitely be returning in the future."

"The cabin is beautiful and tastefully decorated! We especially loved the fall decor! It is well stocked and very clean. We had everything we needed from the coffee maker to utensils and the grill being cleaned and ready to go. The balconies face the woods so you do not feel surrounded by cabins and you can enjoy the fresh air or hot tub with privacy. Our son loved playing with the pool table and how his bed was right outside the king size room. Justin is easy and quick to communicate with. You are just far enough from town to escape the commotion but close enough for the quick 10-15 minute drive back to the main strip. We will use this again in the future and will miss it until then :)"

"Very comfortable cabin with a nice hot tub. The loft area is great which includes the pool table and two twin beds that will accommodate 2 adults or kids. TVs have WiFi for Roku hook up or complimentary Netflix provided. Overall convenient location with some privacy on deck in back of cabin— no real Mountain View but nice trees and natural setting. Justin offers excellent hospitality and good communication regarding check in and other helpful information for your stay. 2 King beds in private bedroom with comfortable pillows— the loft area includes the pool table and 2 twin beds which will accommodate 2 adults or 2 kids. We highly recommend and enjoyed our stay."

"What a beautiful cabin! We were lucky enough to stay here for 5 days, 4 nights on a family trip. The cabin is exactly as pictured and more! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated in a patriotic theme. Fast internet connection which is important for us. The kitchen has all the basics you would need. The beds were very comfortable as well. Just an FYI, It is a pretty steep drive and driveway/parking spot. It was a bit interesting with a heavy minivan filled with 6 adults but we made it! You get used to it after the first drive. The cabin is not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge with all sorts of dining/shopping/grocery options nearby. Justin was very courteous and responsive. We all loved our cabin and would highly recommend this home for your vacation."
