Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"This place was exactly what we needed for our trip to Pigeon Forge. The price was a great value for the amount of space we had. Our party of 6 plus two infants fit well and we were able to spread out. The house was spotless, had a great hot tub as advertised, and the surroundings were quiet. We cooked every night of our stay and had enough cookware, utensils, and dishes. The house stayed cool and the beds were very comfy. I loved that the bedrooms had ceiling fans. We used the washer and dryer often to keep our towels and clothes fresh. Our stay was a 10 out of 10- highly recommended."

"Our family gathered here from separate locations and the space was great for spending time together. We cooked, and played switch games. We enjoyed the hot tub. I found it to be very clean as well. The host very thoughtfully provided a high chair and child safe dishes. We would definitely choose this spot again, even though it's not right in the center of the activity. "Overall, we had an amazing stay! Positives were location, space, number of bathrooms, comfortable beds, A/C worked great, instructions were great, WiFi connection great. Tips: bring laundry soap (one was provided), your own coffee (a couple were provided), trash bags (they provide a few, but they are super thin). Paper towels and TP were cheapest quality (but this is very common). Overall, we would definitely stay again if in the area!"

"My family of five enjoyed our stay for the Fourth of July. It was ten minutes away from the wilderness at the Smokies / Soaky Mountains which we appreciated immensely . Shane was very prompt in writing back in a timely manner. Only issue we had was connecting to WIFI . You know the world the teenagers live in . Shane gave us 3 different log ins none picked up. The TVs worked so that was a plus just was unable to do any business on my laptop. Which honestly it forced me to enjoy my vacation and rest. So still a WIN ! We enjoyed amenities of the hot tub and watching sunset ! Overall we had family time and got some good bbq and relaxation."

"Great location for Dollywood. We were able to take the little ones back for naps and then rejoin the older ones. Actually we were 8 to 10 minutes close to almost everything we needed. "We loved our stay in this great family friendly rental. My kids loved the bunk room and climbing wall and didn't want to leave. The hot tub was clean and at temperature. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to but still close to amenities and attractions. It would be great if there were some extra towels for the hot tub and a spatula for cooking. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to stay or to recommend this property to anyone."
