"My family of five had a great stay at this condo. The pictures were very accurate. The condo was huge and decorated very nicely in mountain decor . There was a creek outside and a large patio with lots of seating . The kitchen was nice and big and the breakfast nook was adorable and we played the provided games at it . We had some issues with the TV in the living room but the host was amazing as far as being very quick to reply and accommodate any issues we had. It worked out fine because we simply plugged a Roku stick in and watched tv that way . I highly recommend this condo for the ample space , beautiful location and decor to match the Smokey mountain vibe. We used the trolley to go downtown and there was a trolley stop just across the street. We would definitely stay here again ! It was a great value."

"We very much enjoyed our stay during the Easter holiday break for my kids. We loved the balcony and the spacious kitchen and living area. We were very busy out of the condo during our stay so we unfortunately did not get to spend a lot of time on the balcony. The fireplace was nice for cool mornings during our stay. Though walkable to downtown’s main strip, it is a little bit of a hike. The trolley stop across the street was very helpful to catch a ride downtown as needed. The owners were very helpful with questions prior to our stay and we felt very comfortable being able to reach out to them. We hope to be able to come back again and stay at this same location in the future."

"We LOVED our stay at this beautiful condo in Gatlinburg!!!! It was the perfect size for our family of six. The living room had the most comfortable couches and chair for us all to relax by the fire as we watched tv. The huge kitchen, dining room and cozy breakfast nook were great for making and sharing meals. We also loved the large patio with comfy chairs and gorgeous mountain views! It was super clean and had all the extra amenities we could need on site! We could easily walk downtown when traffic got busy on our holiday weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "We truly love this group of condos sitting alongside Roaring Fork Creek. We love to hear the sound of the creek while resting on the balcony. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath layout. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown. We even got to enjoy the pool even in late September. Peaceful quiet condominiums. Food City & restaurants nearby. "Great unit for a family! It was stocked with plastic dinnerware/ silverware, Tupperware, two types of coffee machines, a game table with games. The unit was also very quiet. We didn’t hear anybody else (on the third floor and we never heard upstairs neighbors or neighbors Nextdoor) except for the awesome natural white noise machine (creek). It was also very spacious. Super simple check in and check out was a breeze with just the bare minimum tasks like toss garbage, put towels in tub, and dishes in dishwasher/wash dishes."
