Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Having never visited Pigeon Forge (PF), Tennessee, I was really expecting horse-and-carriage down main street. Far from it. Not the Las Vegas strip that is Nashville's Broadway, but wonderfully better; and Avada's property made the experience all the more convenient. The condo is ontop of a small hill, away from the main street. That does a few things: it's walking distance to Dunkin', attractions, ATV rentals, restaurants; left or right you're in the middle of EVERYTHING! And if you don't find it in PF, then there is the neighboring Gatlinburg & Sevierville. Local experience with the essentials (Wal-mart, CVS, etc.). 10X over I-Drive in Orlando. The main fairway is 6 lanes. It's quite. No road noise. No congestion. Smooth traffic. The condo was clean, spacious, modern, no neighbor noise and fully capable of accommodating my family. The wifi was insane! Over 1Gb to my tablet. I had a few questions via email - answered within minutes. Very happy with the experience. Returning soon."

The tennants above us must have had children that are nocturnal as they were running back and forth loudly at all hours of the night. Other than that, the condo was perfect and we had a great time. "Our host, Justin was excellent with communication throughout the process, he handled the several questions we had regarding the stay very promptly. AThe condo was great, it was everything we needed. King bed in the master, queen bed for my daughter in the 2nd bedroom and my son slept on the pullout couch. Condo was very clean and modern which made our stay even better. The full kitchen was great, all the plates, cups, pots and pans you need for when you want to cook for yourself! Check-in and checkout were a breeze.Location is always important and the condo is right on the main drag of Pigeon Forge, numerous restaurants within walking distance and of course our favorite, Dunkin Donuts at the entrance to parking. My only complaint would be that for four people they only provided six towels and six washcloths. Yes, there is a nice washer and dryer but who wants to wash when they are on vacation? This would not keep me from staying here again but I would pack extras so I wouldn’t have to wash every day!"

"Could NOT have been any better! - We always try to stay at Mountain View Condos when we come to PF. This was our first time staying at this particular property and it won’t be our last! The property was well maintained and clean. It was super cozy and really felt like home. We brought my senior parents and they absolutely loved it. My husband is disabled so the walk-in shower was a plus. The only thing I would add is if there were grab bars installed by the toilet and inside the shower, it would be 100% handicapped accessible. That’s not a complaint, just a suggestion. The beds were so soft and comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever slept better away from home.The owners responded quickly when I had a silly question and were very courteous. If you’re looking for a great (and quiet) place to stay that’s right in the middle of everything, this is the place you need to book! Looking forward to staying here again next soring."

One thing that was a bummer was on Day 2, the elevator wasn’t in service. This was totally out of Shane’s control! Which is why I’d still give a 5/5 rating, but just something to consider for those that struggle with taking the stairs up to the third floor. Would definitely recommend!!!"

All appliances in perfect working order, plastic dishes & cups for kids (brilliant!), all cooking necessities were provided (minus the food), we saved a lot of time & money by making most of our meals. We loved having a code vs a key to get into the condo - never panicked about losing the key! Really enjoyed the large shower & deep bathtub after a day of hiking. "Justin was a great host!! He was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I had... He checked-in throughout the stay and made sure all of our needs were met. The condo was great, clean, and comfortable! It was also in a great location and close to stores, restaurants, and attractions.
