Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"The cabin was very cozy. Our kids loved it. They had their own little nook up top with two beds and a bathroom and a little arcade game. Perfect distance between pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I recommend you park at the top as it is a pretty steep angle on the driveway. But the street is a one-way street so don’t feel like you are blocking traffic if you have half of your car on the road and there’s no traffic coming through all the time since it’s a one way loop for just a few cabins. We love the cabinet itself. It was clean and very rustic and cozy and had plenty of hot water for a family of four, which is a big deal to us. We did not have great cell service at the cabin, but the Wi-Fi worked great never skipped a beat. The beds and couch were very comfy. We will be back!"

"Everything was as described, the only thing off was the arcade was inoperable when we arrived but during our stay the host had the power cord replaced. My children were very appreciative. Wildlife was plenty! 5 minutes into our stay there was literally a bear on our front porch. And on day 3 one sauntered on the deck next to the hot tub. Take precautions regarding food and I wouldn’t leave children unattended outside for that reason."

"Great Smoky Mountains Summer Vacation - Family vacation to the Smokies was amazing. Cabin was great for our family of 5. Location was perfect being 25 mins from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. "Great stay for a TN family vacation! - We loved this cabin tucked away in the woods. It was perfect for my family! The boys loved the video games. We loved sitting on the front porch. Everything we needed was there. The hot tub was a plus. We had a little trouble in the driveway backing in, but other than that everything else was fine. We had a mama bear and her cub come up onto the porch! I was amused that the mama bear pulled open the door to leave the porch the cub climbed up the tree in front of the hot tub which was fun to watch! We recommend going to Cades Cove for more bear sightings! We saw a total of 26 the day we went. We had a wonderful vacation!"

"Cabin in the tree tops - Very clean, didn't spend much time here we were at basketball tournaments for my granddaughter. Sleeping was comfortable. The road to the cabin was steep and twisty especially at night coming back.very nice cabin."
