Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

Location was great as it is close to Douglas Lake and 15-20 minutes from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. There was construction in the community during the day, but the community was extremely quiet at night. We really enjoyed boating (Smoky Mountain H2O Sports) and fishing (shout out to Skylar Hamilton Fishing Guide Service) on Douglas Lake."

"This was a great place outside of town. It worked very well for our family get together. We had 5 adults and a 6 month old on this trip, so the playpen and the high chair were a great help! "My family and I have stayed at a lot of air b and bs, and this place was a top favorite! The place looks exactly like the photos. The house is huge and so comfortable. The game room, fire places, hot tub, outdoor space, were all perfection! The home was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the things needed to cook at home meals. The drive to the parkway and the island was about 20-30 minutes, but seriously not bad and worth the quiet peacefulness. Lastly, we have a 2 year old and there was plenty of baby proof things available! High chair, crib, baby gate, utensils, etc."

"We had a wonderful time! The cabin was so beautiful, spacious, and clean. It even had a game room and hot tub that my group enjoyed. The location is great and there was plenty to do because pigeon forge and gatlinburg are not that far from the cabin. Also the cabin is in a gated community which made it feel extra safe to stay in! The host was very responsive and really nice as well. Overall, we had a great weekend and I would recommend this place and host to anyone!"

The cabin was clean and comfortable and the perfect place for our family of 7 to spend the Thanksgiving holidays. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, including a crockpot and blender. We loved spending time in the hot tub and having pool competitions when we weren’t out exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. "So pleased that we happened upon this listing and were able to book it for our mini vacation in The Smokies. We own a timeshare and have vacationed in the area many times usually staying closer to the action. Our Granddaughter wanted to stay in a cabin and with timeshare rental unavailable at such short notice, we turned to Airbnb and were extremely satisfied with our choice. Although it was a little further away from things than what are used to it wasn't too much of an inconvenience and the peaceful, country area was a welcomed change. The home was so beautiful with so many extras including the outdoor living space. It was the perfect size for us and the friends that came along, and in comparison to some of the other listings I saw, was a great deal. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

The host was welcoming, providing thoughtful touches like a booklet about the house, owners and helpful information such as where to get necessities, restaurant recommendations. The space was spotless, cozy, and located in a gated beautiful neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we need, including a grill (we did not use this).
