Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

"Overall question, would I book this property again? absolute yes, 2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids (5, 6, 8 & 10) and there was still a lot of room to spare, especially with the amount of bathrooms available. We started and ended our days in the pool and hot tub, which the hot tub was in a good location to sit for an adult and watch the kids in the pool. The total price was worth it and the place is in a cool hidden area but only literally 5-7 minutes from everything but you feel far away. The only thing that I would change next time, is I would make sure to bring a few board games, a couple of toys/beachball for the pool and walkie talkies for the kids, because there is that much room and hide n seek they had a ball. Great place to stay!"

"Location is great as it is close to many attractions and things to do. Also very close to Dollywood. The Airbnb seemed to be in a fairly new area so there was some construction happening while we were there - not a huge inconvenience with noise but the view from our house was a work site. (I’m sure once done will be beautiful!) Home is beautiful and as pictured, there were very minor things that the host was able to help us with - like the pool alarm that wouldn’t go off at first - but we were able to turn it off with the help of host. Our kids loved the pool the most and the adults enjoyed the movie room and hot tub. Host has a 40min response time - which at times felt long but since we already knew that - we made sure to communicate ahead of time if we needed them - but they were very helpful! Overall, great space and great stay! My family enjoyed it!"

My son and brother especially loved the indoor pool and movie theater, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the home was beautiful and the host provided excellent customer service throughout our stay."
