"We enjoyed our stay overall. Location was great. No scary roads. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen was quaint and overall had most everything we needed. Bring your own tupperware if planning to make larger meals you plan to store. The bedrooms ran warm, however keeping the doors open through the night helped a bit. It is a second floor condo between 3 floors, if you’re a light sleeper this is something to consider as you can hear suitcases rolling and footsteps above you but the hosts did include sound machines in every room which was quite helpful and thoughtful. They had fun games and books. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor pool since it was a rainy weekend. There was also a cute little playground that the kids had fun at. Plenty of parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The location in Gatlinburg was nice, quiet, and peaceful, which I really liked. The place looked like the pictures, and check-in was smooth with no issues, so that made things easy coming in. I will say, I was a little hesitant booking at first since there weren’t many (or any) reviews, but everything turned out fine for the most part. The space was decent for what we needed, and it worked for our trip. The drive up is definitely something to be aware of. You are pretty high up in the mountains, and it’s a long way getting up there. At first, I was a little nervous about it, but honestly it wasn’t as bad as I expected once we actually did it. Just take your time and you’ll be fine. Also, I was low-key worried about seeing bears since it’s Gatlinburg, but we didn’t see any at all during our stay, which was a relief. The main thing that stood out was the indoor pool room. It gets extremely hot in there — like uncomfortably hot — which made it hard"

"The communication with our host was excellent—he was always available whenever we needed anything and responded quickly. The condo itself was perfect, with everything we could possibly need. The views were absolutely amazing, and the unit was cozy and inviting. We especially loved spending evenings by the fireplace watching movies, which made the stay feel extra special. "We loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The mountain views were absolutely stunning, especially with the fresh snowfall! Even with the snow, we had no trouble getting up or down the winding roads in our SUV. "We had such a wonderful stay! The views from the living room and balcony were absolutely spectacular! We got to see the fall colors changing across the mountains, and it couldn’t have been more breathtaking. The condo was perfect for our family and had spacious bedrooms, a large open living area, and everything was spotless and comfortable. The fireplace was such a cozy touch after a day out exploring. It’s tucked up in the mountains, so you get that peaceful, secluded feel, yet it’s still just a short drive to all the main attractions. Truly the best of both worlds! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was beautifully decorated and updated throughout. The condo is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. There was not much noise from neighbors and the building felt very private. We did see bears each night which was wild for us coming from the DC area! Our host was very responsive to questions and offered support if needed for the condo/area. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area!"

"We had a great stay! Locating the condo was easy for us; it is up on the mountain so one should expect windy roads, about 15 minutes to get down to Gatlinburg, have directions up as you may lose service en route, but it was super easy. We experienced NO issues with our code/entering the condo at any point during our stay. Inside is as pictured; spacious & clean accommodations with all listed amenities. The beds were comfortable. Extra linens available for sofa bed, just enough towels for showering but bring extra to swim, as the listing says. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the gorgeous view and wildlife, we saw 2 bears during our stay (at the condo) so that was cool! The pools were clean and warm/not freezing like some. The host provided ample information prior to the stay and great communication presentation, during and post stay. I definitely recommend and would stay again! :)"

"Shane's place was exactly how it was described. Very nice and cozy. The beds and linen were very clean and comfortable. The showers were clean, shower heads had great pressure and a good hot temperature. The kitchen was perfect for our needs as we ate out the whole time and just needed the kitchen to reheat food. The location was oerfect to Oster Mountain and at night you could see the slopes straight off the balcony, which was so cool! The ONLY thing that was scary was the drive up in the snow, as trees had fallen down and the roads are so narrow with minimum to no guard rails on such steep mountainous terrain. This of course is out of Shane's control, but having a nice cozy place to relax after such a high anxiety drive was perfect. We will be back!!"

"The apartment was amazing. Well worth the money paid. It was actually more spacious then it looked in the photos. The place was very clean. Furniture, kitchen, rooms and bathrooms were very nice. Shane was very responsive and helpful. And to top it off, the view of the mountains from the apartment was AMAZING!! Didn't know that going up the mountains to the apartment was going to be that steep but that's Gatlinburg for ya and I should have done my research. Apartment and view were still worth the slow driving up and down."

"Beautiful condo and great location - We have stayed at the Summitt condos may times but this was perhaps the most beautiful unit that we have stayed in. The view was wonderful (mountains/Ober), the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was top notch with new appliances. The only "downside" (not complaint - just observation) are that the living area only had one couch so our family of 4 had to either pile on the couch or sit in a less comfortable dining table and the kitchen seems to be set up for "not short" persons. At 5'2, I couldn't safely reach the microwave on top of the fridge, and the kitchen cabinets were extremely high. I'd recommend that the Unit invest in a stepstool so the microwave especially isn't a hazard for guests taking out hot items."
